FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the return policy?

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The T-shirt must be returned unworn, unwashed and with its original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
When will I receive my order?

Each T-shirt is prepared and printed to order in our studio. The usual production time is 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within mainland Spain and 4–8 business days within the European Union. You will receive a confirmation email when your order leaves our studio.
Where are the T-shirts designed and printed?

The designs are created by QUADRA GALLERY, and each T-shirt is DTF printed in our Santander studio. We use organic cotton garments selected for their quality, comfort and durability.

Producing each piece to order allows us to reduce excess stock and prepare every T-shirt individually.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €4.90 within mainland Spain, €6.90 to the Balearic Islands, €9.90 to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, €7.90 to Portugal, and €9.90 to the rest of the European Union.

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 to all these destinations. The final shipping cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

You can also select Free Collection from QUADRA GALLERY, Santander at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready; please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect it.
