Refund policy

If you purchase through quadragallery.com as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at hola@quadragallery.com, stating your name, order number and the artwork or artworks you wish to return.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the artworks back.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the artworks in the event of withdrawal is borne by the buyer.

Condition of the artwork

The artwork must be returned properly protected and packaged to prevent damage during transport. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

The buyer will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the artwork resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, QUADRA GALLERY will refund all payments received, including the cost of the standard delivery method originally offered. If the buyer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, the additional costs arising from that choice will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the buyer has expressly agreed to a different method and provided that this does not result in any cost to them.

QUADRA GALLERY may withhold the refund until the returned artworks have been received or until the buyer provides evidence that they have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, defective or incorrect artwork

If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, or if it does not correspond to the order placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@quadragallery.com, quoting your order number and, where useful, attaching photographs that allow us to assess the issue.

In such cases, QUADRA GALLERY will bear the costs necessary to resolve the issue and will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, at no cost to the buyer.
